# Car pickup and delivery

A flatbed or a driver collects the car from your condo, driveway or dealer and takes it to storage. In spring it comes back to your door. Tick pickup in the request and the options we send include it.

## Before pickup day

- Photos: Take photos of every side, the wheels and the odometer. Both sides sign off on the condition.
- Clearance: Tell us about underground garages with low ceilings and cars with low splitters.
- Keys and fobs: One key goes with the car. Keep the spare at home.
- Empty the car: Take out valuables, toll transponders and garage remotes.

## Pickup questions

**Can a car that does not run be stored?**

Yes, with a flatbed pickup. Tell us in the request so the options include a facility that accepts non-running cars.

**Can you pick up from an underground condo garage?**

Usually a driver brings the car up to the street for the flatbed. Tell us the ceiling height and the building’s rules.
