# Short-term car storage

Travelling, moving between homes, waiting for a condo closing, renovating the garage or selling the car. When you need a spot for a few weeks or a couple of months, send your dates and we find month-to-month storage near you.

## Common reasons

- Travel or work abroad: Away for a few months and nowhere to leave the car. Ask about a battery tender.
- Moving: Between leases, or the new place has no parking yet.
- Renovation: The garage or driveway is a work site for a while.
- Selling or buying: A car bought before the old one sold, or a car waiting for a buyer.

## Short-term questions

**What is the shortest term I can get?**

Usually one month. Some lots rent by the week. Tell us your dates and we look for the closest fit.

**Do I need to prepare the car for a few weeks?**

Not much. Clean out food, set the tire pressure and use a battery tender for anything over two or three weeks.
