Can a car that does not run be stored?

Yes, with a flatbed pickup. Tell us in the request so the options include a facility that accepts non-running cars.

Can you pick up from an underground condo garage?

Usually a driver brings the car up to the street for the flatbed. Tell us the ceiling height and the building’s rules.
